Review of Confires Fire Protection Service, LLC David was very nice, courteous and efficient.However, with regard to convenience, I think your company can do a lot better on providing a time window. An 8-4 time window is unacceptable in this day and age. It is unfair to expect someone to wait in an office for an entire work day. You need to narrow your window down to a 2 to 3 hour time window. Have the techs communicate with the customer to provide real time windows.
