The following discrepancies were found during your Semi Annual Fire Inspection that needs to be corrected for Compliance: Piping over all appliances and some nozzle are incorrect. Entire appliance line needs re piped. link line needs relocated and 2 additional links added. Cylinder overdue for hydro test.
