Ocaris Duran 201-314-3945- will pay deposit when we get on site in the AM before we start the repair. Permit is needed on this job! The following discrepancies were found during your Semi Annual Fire Inspection that needs to be corrected for Compliance: Piping over all appliances and some nozzle are incorrect. Entire appliance line needs re piped. link line needs relocated and 2 additional links added. Cylinder overdue for hydro test.
