Scheduled with Allen 646-202-0495 The following discrepancies were found during your Semi Annual Fire Inspection that needs to be corrected for Compliance: Lack of detection over both fryers and woks need at least four more links. Incorrect placement of Plenum nozzles one nozzle needs to be relocated to the end of hood. Incorrect nozzle in boiler range nozzle needs to be replaced with a ADP nozzle. Both 4 gallon range guard cylinders are overdue for Hydro Test.
