Not the fault of the Techs but I was called 20 min before my 8AM appointment to ask to reschedule to 10AM. Luckily Roland was in the area and arrived around 9:10AM. When we make appointments, we expect arrival within a reasonable window, not rescheduling at the last minute. Earlier notice such as the night before would be very much appreciated.
