I put in an emergency call after business hours (a tenant hit a sprinkler head with a forklift). The technician Kyle responded quickly with a phone call and indicated his time of arrival would be about an hour. Not bad for a Friday night with heavy rain. Because the building has public access, Kyle’s quick response helped the fire department feel comfortable that the situation was being handled by a professional company and so long as we had a fire watch, they would not have to spend their Friday night hanging out watching water drip out of a broken pipe. This allows them to stay fresh for a life-threatening situation. When Kyle arrived, he was very professional and explained what he needed to do and went right to work. Because our system is a dry system, he also explained each step of what he was doing as he went along. He was very efficient and wasted no time. He took about 2 hours to repair and restore our system. I would recommend Confires and Kyle to anyone needing their service. George
