CUSTOMER IS MAILING IN A DEPOSIT CHECK OF $603.00 Scheduled with Nick 908-273-9600 The following discrepancies were found during your Semi Annual Fire Inspection that needs to be corrected for Compliance: Appliances configuration in cooling line has changed. Nozzles protecting griddle, char broil, fryers, 48” range and salamander broiler need to be adjusted to put in correct position. Incorrect protection of 36” range due to back shelf, must replace NL-1HP with NL-2LP nozzle and relocate 6” above front edge and aimed 6” off back wall.
